Plastic Surgeon To The Stars, Dr. Frank Ryan, Dies In Horrible Car Crash!

Famed Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan passed away in a car crash on Monday afternoon.
His Jeep went over the side of Pacific Coast Highway and landed on the rocks. Lifeguards tried to help at the scene, but Ryan was trapped in the vehicle with severe head injuries.
