Councilman Phil Davison, a former candidate for Stark County, Ohio's Republican treasurer!
Phil Davison has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology, a PhD in Pacing, a Masters Degree in ComMUnications from The Glenn Beck Community College and the other night he gave a 6-minute long BAT SHIT CRAZY speech in a bid to win the Republican party's nomination for county treasurer. Councilman Phil also unknowingly made a strong case to the state of Ohio to start putting Valium in the tap water (YAY!).
Councilman Phil paced the stage like a junkie at a methadone clinic waiting for his name to be called, screamed like Mel Gibson with blue balls and almost cried like Glenn Beck when someone takes away his dollies. And even though he gave a performance worthy of the Mental Health Department's patient of the month, he still didn't get the nomination! BOO! Screw 'em! With that kind of passion (and crazy) running through his veins, Phil Davison is going all the way.
